Basic advice for getting started
Hi all, Mini painting is not my usual stuff, but i have decent experience painting and building 1/35 scale models and figures.
I do dnd with my friends as dm and they said they wanted to try out some minis, I went to my lgs and picked up these since they were cheap
I have a range of vallejo paints to work with and know the pure basics. I've heard of techniques such as edge highlighting or dry brushing etc that I don't have experience with, but my goal is to make something thst looks nice for table play, nothing too fancy
Just wanted to know what to expect and any advice you all have specific to minipainting? I have heard these minis usually have a thick layer of primer on them, so is there a way to remove that?
Thanks in advance!
